Week one is improvised

Solutions · Human resources
HR carries a heavy administrative load and a low tolerance for error, because the subject of every record is a person. We automate the coordination and the repeated questions, and deliberately leave judgement where it belongs.
The problem
New starters wait on accounts, equipment and training because onboarding is a checklist chased by email.
HR answers the same questions repeatedly, and staff sometimes act on a document that is out of date.
Coordinating interview panels across calendars turns into a long chain of messages.
What we build
Every one of these is described as a business workflow, not an AI feature. Each is scoped, measured and deployed the same way.
Candidate administration
Applications organised, acknowledged and tracked against the role's requirements, with hiring decisions left to people.
Interview scheduling
Panels coordinated across calendars without a chain of emails.
Employee onboarding
Accounts, equipment, paperwork and training sequenced so week one is not improvised.
Policy assistants
Staff get accurate answers from your current policies, with the source shown.
Training support
Role-specific material assembled from your own documentation and kept current.
Internal questions
Routine internal requests answered directly, with the unusual ones routed to a person.
Document organization
Employee records filed correctly, with access limited to who should have it.
Worked example
A described workflow pattern, not a published client deployment. Scope, systems and measurement are confirmed for your business during the AI Opportunity Roadmap.
Questions
We do not build AI that makes hiring decisions, and we would advise against it. Automated candidate scoring carries real legal and fairness exposure, and in several jurisdictions it is directly regulated. What we do build is candidate administration — acknowledging applications, organising them, tracking them against documented requirements and scheduling interviews — so recruiters spend their time assessing people rather than managing a queue.
It is safe when the assistant answers only from your approved documents and shows the source passage with every answer, which is how we build it. Two controls matter most: the assistant must not generate policy that does not exist, and anything touching an individual's specific circumstances must route to a person rather than being answered generically. Access permissions are reviewed as part of managed operations.
Data access, storage, employee permissions and confidentiality are decided during the Opportunity Roadmap and enforced in the build, before any employee data is connected. HR is typically the highest-sensitivity data in a business, so the design usually restricts the system to the narrowest data set that makes the workflow work. We do not claim certifications or regulatory compliance that has not been independently verified — where your obligations are specific, we design to them and state plainly what is and is not covered.
