What we do here
The same five stages, wherever you are.
Find out whether AI is worth it here — before you spend anything on building.
A structured AI readiness assessment: where AI creates measurable value, whether your data and systems support it, and what to build first.
AI implementationA successful demo is not a production system.
AI implementation and integration: automations built into your existing systems, with permissions, approval gates, testing, monitoring and training.
Managed AI operationsAI systems need an owner after launch.
Managed AI operations: output-quality monitoring, error investigation, integration and cost tracking, access reviews and monthly performance reports.
Questions
AI consulting in Vancouver: common questions
Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work remotely with businesses across Canada and the United States. Almost all of this work — workflow mapping, integration, testing, training and ongoing operations — is done well remotely, and has been for years. Being local matters mainly for the initial workshop, where being in the room while a team maps how work actually moves is genuinely faster.
Which industries in Vancouver do you serve?
We are industry-agnostic, and that is deliberate. The workflows that waste time look remarkably similar across a Vancouver clinic, a Burnaby distributor and a professional services firm downtown: repetitive administrative work, disconnected systems, slow follow-up and no management visibility. What matters more than industry is whether there is a measurable business problem and an internal decision-maker committed to solving it.
Do you meet in person?
For businesses in Metro Vancouver, yes — particularly for the workflow mapping sessions during the Opportunity Roadmap, where being in the room is genuinely more productive. The free Opportunity Scan is a 30-minute call, which most people prefer to keep remote.
Is Canadian data residency an issue?
It depends on your obligations and your data, and it is addressed during the Roadmap rather than assumed. Data access, storage and confidentiality are explicit design decisions, and where your sector carries a specific requirement we design to it and state plainly what is and is not covered. We do not claim certifications or regulatory compliance that has not been independently verified.
